This is first of its kind empirical study that addresses the unmarked topic of Z-Score Analysis of five major players of Pakistans commercial banking sector - Standard Chartered Bank, MCB Bank, Allied Bank, Faysal Bank and Bank Alfalah for the year 2011 and 2012. This Book aims at bring an insight into the possibility of financial distress in Pakistans commercial banking sector. This research was executed in view of the fact that rarely any studies have been conducted to comprehend the possibility of financial distress in Pakistans commercial banking sector. This Book expands the existing literature by providing novel empirical evidence and provides us with an insight into the strength of the commercial banking sector of Pakistan. This book has been inscribed in a way to make it easy to understand for everyone. It has been my endeavor to stipulate my experience in a way that the reader may clearly understand the core concepts.
