This work represents a synthesis of the searches on the ADH in the population of the North-West of Morocco. Its a carrier of novel and important data of ADH for this population. This book contains three parts: *Part I shows the novel mutations identified on the LDLR gene and the corresponding clinical and biological phenotype. *Part II shows the variations identified on the ApoB gene. *Part III shows the frequencies of polymorphic sites of the Apo E gene and their impact on the clinical and lipid parameters
