This book has compared the two drugs with respect to sedation and hemodynamic variability while performing Bronchoscopic guided intubation. It has also explained the ease of the patient for getting intubated while under the influence of two different drugs. The two drugs i.e. Dexmedetomidine and Propofol. Dexmedetomidine has shown the promising result which can can be extrapolated for various other procedures.
