Schistosomiasis remains a public health problem in the developing world. The liver is one of the main target organs affected by S. mansoni infection, in which eggs are deposited and resulted in granuloma formation. So, it needs many trials for treatments to ensure a maximun cure percentage worldwideon. The course of murine schistosomiasis mansoni, using different parasitological, histological, immunological and biochemical parameters is necessary.
