'Choice of Legal Recourse in State Liability Law. At the same Time a Contribution to the Understanding of Art. 34 Sentence 3 of the Basic Law (Grundgesetz)': This work examines the reasonableness and admissibility of the choice of legal recourse in state liability law. Initiated by the draft of a so-called adhesion procedure, questions of the allocation of jurisdiction arise, which can be considered and answered both in terms of legal policy and legal doctrine. The focus here is also on the question of the extent to which Art. 34 sentence 3 of the Basic Law (Grundgesetz) precludes a reconsideration of the division of jurisdiction.

Robin Kaiser studierte von 2012 bis 2017 Rechtswissenschaft an der Universität Münster. Das erste juristische Staatsexamen legte er im Jahr 2017 ab. Anschließend absolvierte er den juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst im Bezirk des Oberlandesgerichts Düsseldorf. Seit 2022 ist er Richter. Die Promotion erfolgte im Wintersemester 2022/2023.
