Autorenportrait
Tonio Walter holds a chair in criminal law at the University of Regensburg and is a judge at the Bavarian Supreme Court (Bayerisches Oberstes Landesgericht). His main areas of interest are the General Part and basic questions of Criminal Law, Language and Law as well as Law and Literature. Felix Tripps is a research associate at the Chair of Socio- and Discourse Linguistics at the University of Siegen. His research focuses on strategic communication and discourse linguistics. In the context of his dissertation project, he is working on risk and danger discourses in the field of homeland security.
