'Investor Models and Investor Protection in Capital Market Law': The question of the right level of protection and the investor model on which it is based upon has proved to be a permanent issue in the legal debate in the field of investor protection. The author therefore examines the investor model on which national and European legislators, courts and supervisory authorities base their decisions. Special consideration is given to aspects of behavioral economics as well as comparative law.

Florian König studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg i. Br. sowie an der Universitet Linköping in Schweden. In Freiburg legte er die Erste Juristische Staatsprüfung 2019 ab. Die Promotion erfolgte im November 2021. Seit Dezember 2021 ist er Rechtsreferendar am OLG Hamburg.
