'Sex by Deception and its Liability under German Criminal Law': Recent changes in sexual criminal law have led to an expansion of criminal liability in many Western countries. This has also raised the question of whether deception of the sexual partner constitutes a criminal offense - a 'rape by deception'. For this purpose, the work primarily examines the relevance of 'stealthing' under German criminal law and also takes a look at other practical case studies which usually take place in the sensitive sphere of civil partnerships.
