'The Financing of (Public) Hospitals in Germany. An EU State Aid Law Analysis' The study examines the extent to which hospital financing in Germany respects the restrictions imposed by EU State Aid Law. The analysis is extended to the common forms of financing inpatient care. In addition, the participation in medical care centres (MVZ) and the provision of services outside the inpatient sector will be examined. Finally, currently discussed reform options are taken into cosideration.
