'Constitution and Public Sphere' The terms constitution and public sphere assign both formations of normative orders as well as dynamics of politics, society, economy, and culture. The contributions of this edited volume address the manifold entanglements of public sphere and constitution from the perspective of European history and in different context. Covering a field of constitutional history from the early Middle Ages up to the present, it offers important foundations also for research of modern constitutional law.
