They deal with different aspects of economic criminal law, e.g. the importance of negotiations and deals in economic criminal proceedings, the necessity and legitimacy of specialized law enforcement authorities, corporate liability for international crimes, the protection of human rights in the European multi-level system and the Europeanisation of tax criminal law.

Seit 2016 ist Stefanie Bock Professorin für Strafrecht, Strafprozessrecht, Internationales Strafrecht und Rechtsvergleichung an der Philipps-Universität Marburg und Direktorin des Internationalen Forschungs- und Dokumentationszentrums Kriegsverbrecherprozesse. Der Schwerpunkt ihrer Lehr- und Forschungstätigkeit liegt auf dem Völkerstrafrecht, dem Europäischen Strafrecht, der internationalen Rechtshilfe in Strafsachen und der Rechtsstellung von Kriminalitätsopfern in der Strafrechtspflege. Stefanie Bock ist zudem Stellvertretende Vorsitzende der Strafrechtskommission des Deutschen Juristinnenbundes e.V. und Mitherausgeberin des Criminal Law Forum.
