'The Revocation of Labour Law Related Termination Agreements' The thesis examines the systemic structure of labour law related termination agreements. Regarding the contract design, the author focuses on the question whether the revocation of a termination agreement leads to an autonomous resurrection of the previous terminated employment contract. Furthermore, the publication evaluates the chances of a restitution following a breach of clarification requirements.

Frederic Glahe studied law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, specializing in corporate and labour law. He obtained the first legal state examination in 2013 and subsequently started working as as research associate at the Chair of Civil Law, Labour and Social Law. He received his PhD in 2017 followed by a legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Nuremberg.
