'Helmut Schelsky. A German Sociologist in a contemporary historical, institutional, and disciplinary context - An interdisciplibary workshop on the occasion of his 100th birthday' Since the University of Münster acquired Helmut Schelsky's Nachlass in 2007, the starting point for researching his extremely complex works has changed profoundly. This volume combines the current research results, which were presented for the first time in 2012 as part of an interdisciplinary project on the occasion of his 100th birthday, with the proceedings, which were compiled in 2014/2015 by the law faculty of the University of Münster on law professors in Münster, which also included Helmut Schelsky during the most important phase of the development of his legal thinking. These studies have had a lasting influence on and changed the way research is done in legal and social science.
