This clinical trial research represents different effects of different doses of vitamin D supplementation for obese pregnant women on pregnancy outcomes including gestational weight gain, gestational diabetes, and neonatal birth weight. The doses of vitamin D supplementation that have been used are unique in means of that they were tailored depending on maternal serum 25(OH)D levels. Results were consistent with many other research but further clinical trials using larger sample size will add more value.
