This book analyses the circumstances and the motives for the political shift of Tomislav Nikolic and Aleksandar Vucic, who are currently most influental figures on Serbian political scene.

Radka Gacevicová was born in Slovak Republic to a Slovak mother and a Serbian father. She studied International Relations at Matej Bel University in Slovakia and at Leiden University in the Netherlands. Radka has always shown interest in Balkan affairs which influenced her choice of Master's Thesis topic.
