Constitution and Legislative Protections of female domestic servants in India are further dealt in this book. Conceptual framework of domestic servants are analysed by a theoretical survey. The research highlights the gap between the legislative framework and their enforcement. The author aims to substantiate on such claims using empirical data obtained from sample units collected from Tirupati town.
