Corruption and bad leadership adversely affect a nation in all ramifications. This is the case with Nigeria, where its institutions and citizenry are fast becoming like their leaders, the government. The media have thus been infected by the macro-cosmic corruption and bad leadership of Nigeria. These ills now thrive unchecked among government/media. Nigerian government and media have failed in their responsibilities to resolve the lots of degenerating national issues that continuously linger. These include lack of press freedom, unethical journalism, corruption, bad micro/macro leadership, political interference with the media, negative obnoxious policies, political extremism, elitist impoverishment cum deliberate frustrations, indigenous cultures attrition/imperialism, westernisation/neo-colonialism sustenance & promotion, unemployment and poor entrepreneurship development, vices, lack of (rural) educational broadcasting and lots more. This work calls for a true radical change from and solutions to these yet unresolved issues in Nigeria and the like nations across the globe.
