The study of fluid flow through and past various geometries has been the topic of considerable research activities for both Mathematicians and Physicists. The subject of fluid dynamics offers a rich field of fascinating study and fruitful research, not only to Applied Mathematicians, but also to Engineers, Physicists and Physiologists. In human system there exist so many kinds of flows and porosity effects that it has been developed as an entirely different branch of Fluid Dynamics.

Ram Prakash Sharma obtained his B.Sc., M.Sc., and M. Phil Degrees from the University of Rajasthan in 1990, 1992 and 1994 respectively. He was awarded the Ph.D. Degree in fluid dynamics by the Department of Mathematics, University of Rajasthan, India in 2003. He is currently working as a Professor of Mathematics, JECRC University, Jaipur,Rajasthan.
