Prof. Wilson Okaka is a communication professional who was educated and trained in Project Management, Energy, Journalism, and Communication in Uganda, UK, Italy, Sweden, and USA. He has published conference papers, books, book chapters, journal articles, and belongs to research, media, scientific, education networks, and has travelled worldwide.
