The economy of Soviet Union suffered many faults because of wrong prices. It divided the scientific thought into two directions: one hoped for the market and the other for the energy analysis. Both hopes proved a failure. Meanwhile the existing monetary system demonstrated wonders of absurdity which made the scientists turn their interest towards the nature of things. Such approach was realized in cybernetics. The offered work is actually a cybernetic description of the economy.
