He has worked as head department of Microbiology and also introduced M.Sc. Industrial Microbiology as innovative subject in UGC X-plan program. His Ph.D. work is associated with Mushrooms and bioconversion of agrowastes. He is chairman Board of studies in Microbiology and Biotechnology and Academic Council member at Gondwana University Gadchiroli.
