Nyla Ali Khan is Faculty at Rose State College, former Associate Professor at the University of Nebraska-Kearney, and Visiting Professor at the University of Oklahoma, USA. Dr. Khan is the author of three critically acclaimed books, including <i>The Fiction of Nationality in an Era of Transnationalism</i>, and the editor of a collection of essays on Kashmir. She is a native of Kashmir, and a native speaker of the Kashmir language.
