The implementation of the EU's digital law guidelines presents special challenges to German law. It is not surprising that there is friction when such far-reaching regulations are being implemented. The conference on "Contracts for Digital Content and Digital Services dealt with the new regulations and revealed some initial problematic issues. In addition to questions of drafting contracts for the supply of digital content, the quality of digital services and platform quality in light of the new regulations were also subjects of discussion.
