16th century exegesis of Paul is more than Luther's lectures on Galatians and Romans. It is more diverse and more interesting as a conversation partner for today. This volume focuses on the Swiss Reformation in Zurich, the Upper Rhine region, and Geneva. In addition, Anabaptist, humanist and Wittenberg commentators alongside Luther come into view. A special feature of this volume is that Deutero-Pauline letters are also taken into account.
