Zusatztext
The Septuagint and the Masoretic text are far more than just witnesses to aid in the reconstruction of the oldest accessible Old Testament writing. They instead mirror ongoing critical engagement with the text and, therefore, also provide evidence of theological debate and updating by redesigning a given text. Gathered together in this volume are contributions from an eponymous symposium, held in January 2015 to mark Professor Dr. Siegfried Kreuzer's retirement from the Protestant University Wuppertal-Bethel, that pursue textual-historical questions, particularly from a theological perspective.
