Zusatztext
Criminal imputation combines a criminal event with a person in accordance with social rules and not with those of nature. Thus this connection can also be made with someone who did not commit the crime personally but who through his behavior promoted the offence before it was committed. This behavior is in fact no more wrong than an act preparatory to the commission of an offence by a sole perpetrator, does however violate the obligation to not through one's own behavior make oneself responsible for an imminent offence committed by another person.
