Zusatztext
Up to now, the Protestant legal systems have scarcely been able to adequately include all the organizations which take part in church work. The concept of the incorporation of Protestant church law serves to give a more precise description of how organizations can be included in the church's legal system as expressions of the nature and life of the church. Based on theological principles and the existing norms of church law, Hendrik Munsonius studies the prerequisites for and the consequences of the status of the incorporation through church law. In doing so, he focuses on the scope of church laws, the participation in law-making procedures and the range of church supervision. This status differs from its legal position according to government law, although the author also explores the interaction between church and secular law.
