Zusatztext

This book collects selected, peer-reviewed works presented at the International Conference on Mathematical Analysis and Applications in Science and Engineering (ICMASC), which took place at the University of Porto, Portugal, in hybrid mode on June 20-22, 2024. This book covers advancements in mathematical analysis and modeling, with an emphasis on mathematical biology. It addresses topics such as partial and ordinary differential equations, integer and fractional order equations, linear algebra, numerical analysis, operations research, discrete mathematics, optimization, control, probability, and computational mathematics, to name a few. Applications range from tumor and tissue properties, infection spatial models, cancer immunotherapy, and others. The conference was dedicated to Professor J. A.
