Roberta Cuel is Associate Professor of Organization Studies and Human Resource Management in the Department of Economics and Management, University of Trento (Italy). She served as conference chair of the XVIII Conference of the Italian Chapter of AIS. Her research interests include the impacts of digitalization on organizations, intangible assets and knowledge, routines and practices, as well as on teams and communities.   Diego Ponte is Associate Professor of Organization Studies and Information Systems at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Trento (Italy). He was programme chair of the XVIII Conference of the Italian Chapter of AIS. His main research interest lies on the intersection between ICTs and organizations. His research areas also include digital transformation and technological change. Francesco Virili is Associate Professor of Organization and MIS at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Piacenza, Italy.  He served as doctoral consortium chair of the XVIII Conference of the Italian Chapter of AIS. He is serving in the editorial boards of the Journal of Information Systems and e-Business Management, and of the Springer Nature Journal of Business and Economics.
