<p><b>David M. Kopp</b> is Associate Vice Provost of Extended Learning and Professor of Human Resource Development at Barry University, USA. In addition to academia, he works with both profit and non-profit organizations focusing on leadership, strategic planning, organizational change and performance improvement. He is the author of <i>Human Resource Development: Performance Through Learning</i> and <i>Famous (and Infamous) Workplace and Community Training</i>.</p>
