When Thomas' sister, Tia, gets kidnapped during an art trip to Venice, no one will believe he has a vital clue, especially when he's so clumsy. Ever since Tia lost her sight, Thomas has been by her side. Emma Rea is an author, reviewer and proofreader. She is the author of MG novels Top Dog (Gomer 2014) which was shortlisted for the North Somerset Teachers' Book Award and My Name is River (Firefly Press 2020) which was selected as a Sunday Times Children's Book of the Week and a Summer Reading Challenge pick. She lives in London and regularly visits mid-Wales where she used to live.
