His "In Confidence" series on Sky Arts TV, over 60 one-hour interviews with well-known people, forms the basis of this study of celebrity. Former editor of BBC Radio 4s Womans Hour and Dean of Media, Arts and Design at the University of Westminster, Sally Feldman writes a regular column in Times Higher Education.
