Menno Siebinga is a physiotherapist, author and former Escrima world champion. Being bullied as a child, and becoming a bully to himself, led to him founding Body& Brein, where he runs his own 'Superager' training, unlocking and celebrating vitality for life in people over fifty. Sebastian and Menno jointly started the Not a Victim programme to guide parents to mentor their children through difficult transitions and challenges in their lives.
