<p>Its pouring rain. Its the middle of the night when the phone rings. Once again, the unique skills of Jon Dragen will be needed. A small town in the Midwest is about to be famous.</p><p></p><p>After Agent Jon Dragen and his new partner, Agent Tim Douglas, arrive in town, they soon realize that this case is much more than they thought before. Six bodies have dropped already. A young couple and a family of four have been murdered by two of the nations most prolific serial killers, who are either dead or locked up. More bodies will drop. More serial killers will be named. Honestly, how many serial killers can live in one small town? None of it adds up. Nothing makes any sense. Until it does.</p>
