Out of concern for the future of Europe, right up to an Occident of Allah, the author takes a critical look at the two pillars on which our post-Christian, Western culture rests - Christianity and the Enlightenment.
 
 He wants to inspire and encourage his readers to ask themselves the fundamental questions of life - who am I, where do I come from and what is the meaning of my life - and to find the right answers to them.
