Melissa Galbraith is the fiber artist behind MCreativeJ and the author of 2023's How to Embroidery Texture and Pattern. Born and raised in the desert of Washington state, she learned a love of home crafts and making things by hand at an early age. Imbued with a strong love of teaching and sharing the art of hand embroidery, she enjoys making her concepts simple and approachable for anyone interested in embroidery patterns and workshops.
