The main techniques used for sample measurements are differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), thermomechanical analysis (TMA), and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). In special cases, combined techniques such as evolved gas analysis have also been employed.
