Vance G. Morgan is Professor of Philosophy at Providence College. He is the author of<i>Foundations of Cartesian Ethics</i> (1995) and<i>Weaving the World: Simone Weil on Science, Mathematics, and Love</i> (2006), as well as the blog<i>Freelance Christianity</i>.
