<span>Daniel R. Tomal</span><span>, Ph.D.is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Concordia University Chicago teaching research and leadership. He has authored over twenty five books, two hundred studies and articles. He is a former vice president, teacher, and consultant.</span><br><br><br><br><span>John Schwartz</span><span> is an Associate Professor of Research and Director of Assessment at Concordia.</span><span>He has extensive experience in conducting and validating research, and developing and analyzing surveys. He has conducted numerous research studies and grants.</span>
