Koett</span><span> is a seasoned professional who more than 25 years of experience as a Student Affairs practitioner. He is currently serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor/Dean of Students at Western Carolina University.<br><br></span><span>Dr. Carol J. Christian</span><span> is an award winning and highly recognized school teacher and leader. Dr. Christian has over 40 years in the classroom to campus. She is a co-author of Privileged Thinking in Todays Schools; The Implications of Social Justice and Heart to Heart. She has served the public schools of Kentucky, the Kentucky Department of Education and as a university professor in Educational Administration.</span></span>
