<p>Donald Ray Pollock, recipient of the 2009 PEN/Bingham Fellowship, made his literary debut in 2008 with the critically acclaimed short-story collection<i>Knockemstiff</i>, which was followed by the novel,<i>The Devil All the Time</i>.
