Rex Fuqua Professor at the Emory University Medical School, is best known for his leadership in professional organizations and as a clinical investigator in the realm of depressive disorders.</p><p><b>DAVID J. MIKLOWITZ, P<small>H</small>D,</b> is Professor of Psychiatry in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UCLA and a Senior Clinical Research Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry at Oxford University. He specializes in studies of bipolar disorder and psychosocial interventions.</p><p><b>LINDA W. CRAIGHEAD, P<small>H</small>D,</b> is Professor of Clinical Psychology and Director of the Doctoral Clinical Program at Emory University. Her research focuses on Binge Eating, Bulimia Nervosa, and overweight individuals with comorbid health problems.</p>
