MIKLOWITZ, P<small>H</small>D,</b> is Professor of Psychiatry in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UCLA and a Senior Clinical Research Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry at Oxford University. He specializes in studies of bipolar disorder and psychosocial interventions.</p><p><b>LINDA W. CRAIGHEAD, P<small>H</small>D,</b> is Professor of Clinical Psychology and Director of the Doctoral Clinical Program at Emory University.
