<p><b>Andrew Harrison</b> is Assistant Professor of English Literature and Director of the D. H. Lawrence Research Centre at the University of Nottingham, UK. He has published numerous articles on D. H. Lawrence, and late nineteenth-century and early twentieth-century writings. He is the author of<i>D. H. Lawrence and Italian Futurism: A Study of Influence</i> (2003), and co-editor of<i>D. H. Lawrence's Sons and Lovers': A Casebook</i> (with John Worthen, 2005).</p>
