We are constantly creating distractions for and distancing ourselves from our true nature. Our lifestyles create a lot of situations within our lives with which we train ourselves to be more productive and efficient at work. It then becomes difficult for us to relax or give time to ourselves in the pursuit of meaningful relationships. When we realize our desire to engage with a significant other and explore intimacy together, we feel trapped and do not know how to accomplish it. In the Letting Go of Sensual Inhibition series, you will be guided to return to your primal self and remove all barriers that hinder your mind in forming intimate connections. It will enable you to visualize yourself as a being that deserves inner freedom. As you progress through the session, you will experience spiritual clarity as if a large weight is being lifted off of you. You will begin to feel lighter and increasingly get closer to your bare self. This rawness will help you open up and become more sensually aware and open up like the petals of a delicate flower.
